Smith Legal Group, P.C. Announces Firm Opening

Upstate attorneys Danny R. Smith and R. Patrick Smith announced the opening of their firm, Smith Legal Group, P.C., located at 276 Magnolia Street in downtown Spartanburg. The firm focuses on the practice areas of Social Security disability, on-the-job injuries, auto accidents, and complex litigation.

Danny R. Smith has been in private practice of disability and injury law in Spartanburg since 1975 and has successfully handled thousands of Social Security disability and workers’ compensation claims. R. Patrick Smith has been a litigator in Upstate South Carolina for the past 17 years, currently emphasizing disability law, personal injury, complex litigation, and construction litigation.
